Refund & Returns Policy
Every BLNKXT Apparel item is made to order. Because of this, we handle refunds and returns differently from traditional retail.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it free of charge. Email contact@blnkxt.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
We'll review and respond within 2 business days. Approved cases get a replacement or full refund — your choice.
Wrong size or change of mind
Because items are made specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for size or fit issues, color preferences, or changes of mind. Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Lost in transit
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you didn't receive it, contact your carrier first, then reach out to us. If the package is genuinely lost in transit (not delivered), we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. We can cancel an order only if production hasn't started yet — typically within 2 hours of order placement. After that, the order is locked in.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the refund.
